The Estate Dairy's butter is made with rich double cream and cultured with Lactobacillus to create one of the richest tasting butters on the market. It is churned on a Roversi Butter churn at The Cholmondeley Estate in the heart of Cheshire. The double cream is aged for 60 days before churning and salting.
